“Rich, Your response is indicative of your professional
approach to my unusual situation and background. It is very much appreciated
that you keep trying to fill an executive position for my firm for a very
knowledgeable and broadly experienced, International Financial business
development manager. Again, I do compliment you on your past effort, and
this update.”
E. K., President, Broker Dealer
“I want to thank you for the help that you rendered
in getting my career back on track.”

How
the Process Works
First, you have to contact us.
We will then go through some questions about your business, background
and goals and we will develop a profile for prospective companies.
Our nationwide firm is in touch daily with firms in
the area you desire and we are familiar with their needs and the opportunities
they may offer you. The changes in our industry make it difficult for
anyone not involved in the placement business to keep track of the evolving
transformation of the financial services industry. Takeovers, consolidations,
new offices and office closings are regular occurrences in our business.
Next we come up with a list
of firms for your
consideration.
We’ll go through the pros and cons of each choice and when you agree,
we will contact each firm to see their interest and set up a phone interview.
A face to face meeting with the firm is usually next. During the interview
process, we keep in regular contact with the firm and give you any feedback
we receive.
If you have compliance, bankruptcy or other personal
issues, we can offer advice on how best to present and hopefully overcome
the problem. Banks tend to be the most difficult when dealing with these
issues and the proper explanation can mean the difference between an offer
or a rejection.
Completing the deal
We have over 25 years experience
negotiating firm-broker contracts and can be of value to you in this final
stage. Very rarely are offers a take it or leave it proposition. There
normally is some room for negotiation and we will offer our experienced
opinion to you.
Making the move
A successful move, of course, assumes that you plan and execute the transition
process successfully. It is important to avoid mistakes that can be painful,
costly and damaging to reputations and relationships. We guide you step
by step through our proven 12-step process for a successful transfer to
your new firm. Our process will ease your transfer and help you avoid
costly mistakes.
As you can see, throughout the entire process you benefit
from our advice and guidance. We help you leverage our years of experience
and industry knowledge for your benefit.
All fees are paid by the hiring
firm
What is your fee when we successfully place you? NOTHING. All fees are
paid by the hiring firm and do not impact or affect the terms of your
transition package.

You have nothing to lose and possibly a great deal to gain.
